BIKE TOURS IN VAL VENOSTA

From the Parish Church of Plaus, take Via Stazione, cross the bridge over the Adige and follow the itinerary along the river to Naturno, keeping on the left bank. Continue towards Stava, passing through the ruin of Lorenzen, and then pedal towards Ciardes / Castelbello. Here, cross the bridge again and return to the starting point, Plaus, staying on the the left side of the Adige and passing through Ciardes, Stava, Cirlano and Zollwies. During the trip, you can admire Castel Taranto.

BIKE TOURS IN VAL D'ADIGE

The starting point is the centre of Cermes. From there, take Via Trojen to Via Valsura and then continue towards Lana di Sopra, crossing the pedestrian bridge. Once you arrive at your destination, cross another bridge and head for Via dei Prati until you reach Piazza Tribus, passing Via Sant'Agata. Finally, ride along the Wine Road to Nalles.
