Hatha-Vinyasa yoga

Internal strength to maintain the balance of opposites: this is Hatha yoga, whose name is composed of "ha" and "tha", that is, sun and moon. The goal is to fortify the body and then relax it with deep stretches. Through dynamic Vinyasa yoga the individual movements are accompanied by correct breathing that allows you to move fluidly from one asana to another (the yoga positions). This restores a feeling of calm for the soul and new energy for the body. This not only stimulates the mind, but also relaxes all the muscles of the body. Experience this at Marlena and participate in Hatha-Vinyasa yoga meetings with Debora Costa, a certified teacher specialized in Hatha yoga and with a deep knowledge of Integral yoga.
