Healthy and stress-free weight loss: this is the basic idea of the alkaline diet. All foods with a high alkaline content are permitted. Fruits, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms and various types of nuts are carefully prepared and transformed into delicious dishes that counteract the effects of acidification within the body. Foods like meat, sausages, dairy products, pasta, rice, eggs, coffee, sweets and alcohol are considered taboo. And to be able to fully enjoy the wellbeing of alkaline food immediately, coffee should be avoided 3 days before the start of treatment.
