As tradition dictates, this year the Südtirol Jazzfestival South Tyrol begins on the last Friday in June. For ten full days Alto Adige will move at a jazzy pace.
Each year, in November, one of the most significant wine fairs in Merano takes place.
At the Kurhaus, you can taste delicious products and culinary delicacies at the Merano WineFestival, which also includes a full programme of correlated events with expert workshops, guided tours, tastings and prizes.
Merano's Grape Festival is an event rich in traditions. The most awaited time every year is the great parade of musical bands and decorated floats around the town centre.
The horse race was inaugurated by the horsemanship of the horses on Easter Monday. The Grand Prix of Merano is held every year on the last Sunday of September.

At Marlena, the from 16.05 until 22.05 is entirely dedicated to golf. Three exciting tournaments take place, two of which are valid for official rankings.

Get behind the wheel of your classic car and set off on exciting excursions amid the vistas and cultural highlights of South Tyrol. Mountain roads full of hairpin turns await you, passes that offer a fantastic panorama capable of leaving you awestruck at every turn, idyllic villages in characteristic valleys and of course stops in typical South Tyrolean inns. And if you decide to take a day off, you can park your treasure in our garage.
From Marlengo, cross the apple orchards up to Lana, then go through the Palade Pass until you reach Fondo (province of Trento), then Penegal, one of the most beautiful scenic points. After admiring the view, drive towards Caldaro up to Lake Caldaro and finally, passing through the villages of the Wine Route, return to Marlengo.
From Marlengo, pass through Merano to Avelengo, then to Monzoccolo until you reach Meltina, where you make a stop at Arunda, the sparkling wine cellar that is at a record altitude in Europe. Then continue to San Genesio Atesino towards Gries San Quirino (Bolzano), where we recommend a stop at the Bolzano Winery, an architectural jewel opened in 2019. Then you can return to Marlengo.
From Marlengo, drive through the apple orchards up to Lana, then pass through the characteristic Val d’Ultimo until you reach the Fontana Bianca Lake. This valley has kept its original character more than anny other. The way back is the same as the one going.
